2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment (full or deposit) has been received.
By confirming a booking, guests agree to our Terms & Conditions.
3. Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation Terms:

Within 48 hours of booking → Full refund

7 days or more before check-in → Full refund (minus any transaction fees if applicable)

Less than 7 days before check-in → No refund
Any additional charges (including damage, cleaning, or pet-related costs) are separate from cancellation refunds and may still apply.
4. Changes to Bookings
We understand plans can change.
